Customer Support Team Leader
About the role
A customer care outsourcing firm in Sharjah is looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to join its team. This is a full-time, senior level opportunity for someone who is patient and clear.
The role offers steady hours, clear progression and the chance to build a long-term career in the UAE. Applicants with a valid UAE visa or immediate availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out the day-to-day duties of the Customer Support Team Leader role to company standards
- Meet daily and weekly service targets
- Answer calls, chats and emails from customers
- Resolve issues on first contact where possible
- Log every case accurately in the CRM
- Follow scripts, quality and service standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, including team leadership
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Fluent English
- Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage
- Good typing and computer skills
- Calm, patient and a clear communicator
- Comfortable with shift patterns
