Facilities Supervisor
About the role
A shopping mall operator in Dubai is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join its team. This is a full-time, mid level opportunity for someone who is alert and responsible.
The role offers steady hours, clear progression and the chance to build a long-term career in the UAE. Applicants with a valid UAE visa or immediate availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out the day-to-day duties of the Facilities Supervisor role to company standards
- Support visitors, tenants and contractors politely
- Follow health, safety and emergency procedures
- Report faults and risks to the supervisor
- Monitor premises and follow site rules and procedures
- Respond quickly to incidents and maintenance requests
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in security or facilities is preferred
- Required licences or training (for example SIRA for security roles)
- Basic English communication
- Physically fit and punctual
- Comfortable with shifts and night duty
