Business Development Executive
About the role
A property brokerage in Sharjah is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its team. This is a full-time, mid level opportunity for someone who is driven and persuasive.
The role offers steady hours, clear progression and the chance to build a long-term career in the UAE. Applicants with a valid UAE visa or immediate availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out the day-to-day duties of the Business Development Executive role to company standards
- Plan and run campaigns or sales activities
- Track leads, results and reports
- Build lasting client relationships
- Work with the team to hit monthly targets
- Stay up to date with market trends
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in sales, marketing or a similar field
- Excellent communication in English
- Arabic is an advantage
- Comfortable with targets and commission
- Confident with social media and CRM tools
- UAE driving licence is a plus
