Financial Analyst
About the role
A property developer in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its team. This is a full-time, mid level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and trustworthy.
The role offers steady hours, clear progression and the chance to build a long-term career in the UAE. Applicants with a valid UAE visa or immediate availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out the day-to-day duties of the Financial Analyst role to company standards
- Answer queries from managers, vendors and auditors
- Flag risks and suggest process improvements
- Prepare accurate financial records and reports
- Process invoices, payments and reconciliations on time
- Support month-end and year-end closing
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- Experience with ERP or accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks)
- Strong Excel skills
- UAE VAT knowledge is a plus
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred
