Front Office Executive
About the role
A 5-star beachfront hotel in Dubai is looking for a Front Office Executive to join its team. This is a full-time, entry level opportunity for someone who is guest-focused and professional.
The role offers steady hours, clear progression and the chance to build a long-term career in the UAE. Applicants with a valid UAE visa or immediate availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out the day-to-day duties of the Front Office Executive role to company standards
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Follow hotel and restaurant service standards and hygiene rules
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints quickly
- Coordinate with other departments to keep operations smooth
- Keep the work area clean, organised and safe
Requirements
- 0โ2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Hotel or restaurant experience is preferred
- Good spoken English
- Arabic or another language is an advantage
- Neat appearance and strong service skills
- Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Valid UAE visa or ability to transfer is a plus
